Wednesday Night Dinners

Life is good when you are surrounded by good friends, good conversation and good food!  And I find myself in this situation every Wednesday night.  Six of us girls, Me, Callie, Kristen, Melissa, Jessica and Brittany, decided that every Wednesday night we are going to get together in the Arcadia Center kitchen and cook for each other.  We each partnered up and two girls cook for the rest of us.  I look forward to every Wednesday night because I know that it is going bring laughter and a full stomach!  It is just a time for us to unwind and forget about the stresses of the week (because we have SO many here.... ha).   Its so fun to just have some girl time and enjoy each others company as we get to knew each other!  And there are always some good laughs!  Not only to we get the chance to just relax and be with each other we get the chance to eat some GOOD food!  Its been interesting learning how to cook in a different country.  Half the time we don't know what we are buying and many ingredients needed for meals I actually know how to make are just not available here, so we have just been kinda experimenting in the kitchen and so far it has all turned out really good!  And we've only set off the fire alarm once so far! Its fun practicing our cooking skills on one another!  I have to say Wednesday night dinners are truly something I look forward to every night, especially when I know there is going to be some karaoke to disney tunes, like tonight.  A little flashback to the good 'ol days, and of course some interpret dance to go along, it was epic!  It really can't get much better, disney music, good food, good conversation, lots of laughs and great friends!  I love it!
